Dekadence Reports Record Third Quarter Results

Demo Production Reaches All-Time High
New Demo, "Form", Released

TURKU, Finland - July 31, 2008 - Dekadence(R) today announced financial
results for its fiscal 2008 third quarter ended June 28, 2008. The Group
posted revenue of $64 and net quarterly profit of  $20. These results
compare to revenue of $50 and net quarterly profit of $10 in the year-ago
quarter. Gross margin was 34.8 percent, down from 40.3 percent in the year-
ago quarter.

Dekadence produced 4,193,200 Commodore(R) 64 demos during the quarter,
representing 41 percent unit growth and 43 percent revenue growth over the
year-ago quarter. The Group produced 1,402,000 S60(R) demos during the
quarter, representing 12 percent unit growth and seven percent revenue
growth over the year-ago quarter.

record for C64 demo production, we think we have a real winner with our new 
S60 products, and we're busy finishing several more wonderful new demos to
launch in the coming months."

Dekadence will release "Form" at the Assembly 2008 demo party in Helsinki,
Finland on August 2, 2008, and will be available for download shortly
after.

Report" and reinvented the C64 demo in the 2000s with "My Kondom". Today,
Dekadence continues to lead the industry in innovation with its award-
